This parametric pavilion, based on a system of 160 variable components, seeks to solve the need for a space for relaxation and rest for students on the grand CRGS esplanade. Looking to provide a friendlier space that can also take advantage of what the environment offers, a temporal concentric interior space was proposed through a sunflower-like structure of rhomboid components.
This wooden structure with different openings and cut in laser or router, manages to adapt the difficult environmental conditions of the site;"diluting" the intense winds and sunshine, into pleasant ventilation and an interesting game of shadows. The final result allows several students to enjoy a comfortable shade, soft ventilation, good views and a seat to rest, relax and live together.
